Job OverviewPerforms a broad range of administrative and operational support duties to assist a Manager, Director, or team. This entry-level but essential role ensures smooth day-to-day departmental operations by coordinating logistics, managing communications, and supporting key business processes. The Administrative Assistant demonstrates accuracy, professionalism, and initiative to foster team efficiency and a productive workplace environment.Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinates and manages calendars, arranges appointments, travel, meetings, conference calls, events, etc. Books rooms and assists with small event logistics.
- Provides information to callers, coordinates messages, files maintenance, department office supplies and mail.
- Creates, proofreads, and updates documents, spreadsheets, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Prepares expense reports, supports invoices, tracks departmental purchases, and assists with budget documentation.
- Performs administrative functions such as filing, data entry, and manages internal paperwork flow. Adapts to shifting priorities and exercises discretion with confidential information.
Education and Work Experience:
- High School Diploma/GED (Required)
- 2-4 years . Administrative support experience in a professional office setting (Preferred)
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Communication Clear, courteous, and professional in person, on the phone, and in writing (Required)
- Organization and Time Management Ability to manage calendars, tasks, and competing priorities (Required)
- Technology Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) (Required)
- Attention To Detail High degree of accuracy and thoroughness in all tasks (Required)

Base Pay Range: $21.57 - $38.92Corporate Bonus Target: 5%

At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
