Team Introduction
Enterprise Solution RD is in charge of developing industrial, commercialized, enterprise-level solutions and products, to meet business requirements in various scenarios, such as Network Infrastructure Observability Platform, System and Application Management, Large-scale Asset Management, Audio/Video Broadcasting Service, Server/Conference Room Intelligent Operation, Enterprise Administration, etc. Taking advantage of cutting-edge big data and AI technologies, we are aiming at building a more automated and intelligent enterprise solution infrastructure.
As a backend member of this team, you will be working closely with various microservices that are responsible for handling billions of data points collected from a wide variety of IT data sources and transforming the data into well-organized and user-friendly formats for IT users to interact with on a daily basis. Additionally, you will also have the opportunity to apply changes back to these data sources with scheduled tasking, real-time commands, etc.
As a tech lead manager, you are responsible for managing a group of engineers, coaching, leading and growing with the team together.

Responsibilities
- Develop large-scale platforms, systems and services that power enterprise-level solution.
- Bring new ideas and technologies into our backend platform.
- Collaborate in a globally distributed cross-functional environment to deliver high quality work in rapid product development.
- Lead and coach a team of software engineers. Guide team members to deliver innovations on time with high quality, as well as help them to grow their careers.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor or higher degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Math etc.
- At least 5 years of coding experience in one of mainstream programming languages, such as C, C++, Java, Python, Golang.
- At least 2 years of leading a software engineering team.
- Strong capabilities with back-end development: systems, architectures, storage, caching, security, etc.
- Solid testing mindset in the form of unit testing, integration testing, etc.
- Self-motivated, intense eagerness to learn, ready to dive deep into complex problems, good at communication, and great team work spirit.

【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (Annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $194000 - $410000 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
