Overview:
As a critical member of the Client Solutions team, the Data Engineer will maintain and enhance Recruitics’ data pipelines, ensuring seamless integrations and reliable data flows. You will design and implement solutions that address complex data challenges, contributing to system scalability and delivery of client success.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and optimize ETL pipelines to support data integration across Recruitics’ tools and platforms.
• Collaborate with the Solutions Analyst to address client-specific data needs and troubleshoot issues.
• Design data workflows to standardize and homogenize Recruitics’ systems.
• Monitor, debug, and resolve data pipeline issues to ensure reliability and performance.
• Maintain detailed documentation for data processes and workflows.

 

Qualifications:

• Experience: 4–6 years in data engineering, ELT/ETL development, or a similar role.
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency with ELT/ETL tools (e.g., Airflow, dbt, Fivetran).
  • Proficiency with Looker
  • Expertise in SQL and Python for data transformation and workflow automation.
  • Experience with cloud platforms like AWS (Glue, Redshift), GCP (BigQuery, Dataflow), or Azure (Data Factory).
  • Knowledge of data modeling concepts and database optimization techniques.
  • Understanding of PII rules and regulations
  • Familiarity with version control systems
• Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams as well as directly with their customer counterparts.

 

Target Range Based on Experience

•  $82,000 - $145,000
