Physician Services Document Imaging Representative - Remote

JOB SUMMARY

The primary purpose of the Document Imaging Representative is to perform general clerical operational tasks that are routine and/or repetitive in nature. Responsibilities include logging and batching work, photocopying, verifying or matching data on documents, performing data entry tasks, compiling data, scan documents into the imaging system, performing routine math calculations. This position works under close supervision following established procedures. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Include the following. Others may be assigned.

• Receive, log, and deliver incoming mail
• Prep and log lockbox and charges 
• Research requests for paper EOB’s, charge tickets, etc.
• Log returned self-pay mail into system
• Scan documents into the imaging solutions
• Other duties as assigned

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE

Include minimum education, technical training, and/or experience preferred to perform the job.

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required
• Basic knowledge of the Windows operating system including the ability to navigate multiple windows and applications
• Good verbal and written communications skills
• Ability to stay motivated in a repetitive work environment
• Some knowledge of Microsoft Office products
• Ability to lift 35 lbs.

REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSURE
