Principal, Product Manager - Driver Experience Platform

Position Summary...

The NTransit application provides a seamless experience for drivers across private fleets, CCOB (contracted carriers), and external carriers. It directs workflow, facilitates communications, enhances visibility, and manages driver pay. As a crucial part of Walmart's supply chain, NTransit bridges planning with execution in stores, distribution centers, and clubs. It also lowers barriers of entry for SMB carriers, brokers, and owner-operators, enabling them to offer untapped capacity solutions.

This Principal Product Manager will lead the platform workflow for all major tenants and user personas, including private fleet drivers (16,500), contracted carrier partners, brokered carriers, spot market carriers, purchased transportation, and new areas such as Milk Plant user personas. This individual will develop and manage the similarities and differences between these personas to ensure drivers can leverage NTransit as a workflow application, providing accurate data for downstream consumers like optimization and visibility.

This role is based in Bentonville, Arkansas. We are not considering remote applicants, but a full relocation package is available for candidates not local to Northwest Arkansas.

What you'll do...

• Lead track and trace initiatives, build out a mobile-first strategy, manage driver and carrier relationships, and oversee document digitization
• Develop partnerships and features to scale small/medium business carriers and prioritize components of the portfolio such as communications, adoption strategy, driver experience, compliance, and driver payment
• Leverage AI to enhance data accuracy and streamline workflows
• Utilize AI-driven analytics to understand and manage the diverse needs of different user personas, optimize track and trace systems, predict maintenance needs, and improve overall driver and carrier management through data-driven insights

What you’ll bring…

• Experience managing multiple stakeholder groups and several products as a strategic lead
• Proven success in platform product management, especially in logistics, transportation, or supply chain tech
• Experience building mobile-first products and managing multi-tenant user personas
• Familiarity with AI/ML applications in workflow automation, data accuracy, and predictive analytics
