Bath Aide - Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Schedule
- Day Shift - 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM
- Evening Shift - 2:00 PM - 8:30 PM
Bath Aide - Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Responsibilities
- Assist residents with basic personal cares including bathing or showering
- Escort residents to and from meals, activities, and events
- Accurately complete daily charting and documentation
- Monitor and promptly report any changes in resident condition to the nurse
- Support resident mobility using appropriate equipment and follow individualized care plans
- Adhere to all established infection control and safety policies and procedures

Qualifications
Bath Aide - Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Qualifications
- Must be Active on the Minnesota Nursing Registry
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Must be able to read, write, and follow directions
