Responsibilities:
- Define the mechanical design of our product line that meets our customer’s requirements and Danco design guidelines
- Manage 3D models, drawing files, project files and similar information
- Build functional prototypes that accurately demonstrate engineering intent
- Identify, document and drive the actions needed to realize the designs on time
- 10% travel, some international travel may be required
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
- 3-5 years of experience in mechanical design and drafting, preferably in the Consumer Goods industry
- Knowledgeable of manufacturing processes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, Power Point)
