Responsibilities: 

• Define the mechanical design of our product line that meets our customer’s requirements and Danco design guidelines
• Manage 3D models, drawing files, project files and similar information
• Build functional prototypes that accurately demonstrate engineering intent
• Identify, document and drive the actions needed to realize the designs on time
• 10% travel, some international travel may be required

 Requirements:      

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
• 3-5 years of experience in mechanical design and drafting, preferably in the Consumer Goods industry
• Knowledgeable of manufacturing processes
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, Power Point)
