Express Lube Advisor

Schedule: Monday through Friday 7:00 am - 6:00 pm; Alternating Saturdays

The Express Lube Advisor presents a friendly, professional greeting to customers and helps identify, confirm and offer resolution to customer concerns. They serve as the communicator between customer and technician; ensuring the customer’s needs are understood by the technician and the needed and recommended service/repairs are understood by the customer.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and guide them through the Express Service process with professionalism and care
• Clearly explain maintenance services, recommended repairs, and warranty coverage
• Write up repair orders accurately and efficiently
• Coordinate with Express Technicians to ensure timely vehicle turnaround
• Maintain excellent customer communication throughout the service visit
• Ensure every guest leaves satisfied and informed about their vehicle’s condition

Qualifications:

• Previous service advisor or customer service experience preferred (automotive experience a plus)
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Positive, team-oriented attitude
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required
