Senior Full Stack Developer

abra is looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer to join a leading technology team and work on complex enterprise digital platforms in Web, Cloud, and AI environments.

Role Responsibilities:

• Develop and lead the technical implementation of complex Full Stack systems from design through production.
• Perform hands-on development across both Front-End and Back-End technologies.
• Design and develop Microservices architectures, REST APIs, and system integrations.
• Design and implement Cloud Native solutions, including CI/CD processes and collaboration with DevOps, infrastructure, and security teams.
• Lead development processes, including Code Reviews, defining Best Practices, improving code quality, and providing technical guidance.
• Develop and integrate Generative AI-based solutions into enterprise systems.

Requirements

• 7+ years of proven experience developing enterprise Web-based digital platforms.
• 3+ years of experience in a technical leadership role such as Tech Lead, Developer Lead, or equivalent.
• Proven experience leading the design and implementation of complex technology projects that reached production and are used by end users.
• 4+ years of experience designing and implementing cloud solutions (AWS – significant advantage; Azure / GCP).
• Strong hands-on Full Stack development experience:
• Front-End: modern technologies such as React or Angular.
• Back-End: C# / .NET Core.
• Experience designing and developing Microservices-based architectures, REST APIs, and integrations between systems.
• Experience leading development practices, including Code Reviews, defining development standards, and maintaining code quality.
• Experience working with Agile / Scrum methodologies, including Backlog management, Sprint Planning, Estimation, and end-to-end Delivery.
• Proven experience developing and implementing Generative AI solutions in production environments, including technologies such as LLMs, RAG, NLP, Agents, Embeddings, and enterprise system integrations.
• Experience using AI-Assisted Development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, ChatGPT, or similar tools.
