This role is located in Germantown, WI and requires training onsite before moving into a hybrid or remote work.

Summary

• Consults with North America Business Unit(s) sales team to calculate and analyze commissions, along with analyzing sales and gross profit by territory.

Responsibilities

• Calculates and analyzes commissions monthly
• Prepares reports analyzing and summarizing commission compensation for sales and executive leadership
• Calculates annual sales targets, conducts monthly reviews and communicates calculations with management
• Analyzes sales and gross profit by territory to identify trends and present potential data issues or concerns
• Leads annual sales forecasting for Business Unit(s)
• Trains new hires on commission compensation program
• Develops and distributes detailed reporting and metrics to support sales incentives and to facilitate informed business decisions.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to recommend and initiate sales incentive and sales system process improvements

Education

• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Other combinations of education and experience may be considered as equivalent.

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in accounting, finance or applicable analytical role

Other Qualifications, Skills, and Abilities

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Above average Excel skills to include ability to write and edit queries, create and manipulate pivot tables, perform VLookups, macros and other advanced formulas
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Power BI experience preferred
