 We are looking for an Inventory Coordinator to join our team to monitor, analyze, and track inventory levels to optimize operations. This role will be developing and collecting data from production and warehouse operation to drive and assist in operational decisions. 

 What you’ll do:   

  • Perform daily calculations and analyses to update and report inventory data. 
  • Collaborate closely with production and supply chain teams to ensure accuracy of inventory and shipping products on time and in full. 
  • Complete root cause analysis for inventory levels and develop strategies to optimize inventory.
  • Generate comprehensive reports on inventory, identifying trends, areas of improvement, and actionable insights for operations and supply chain team.
  • Improve inventory tracking by developing and refining inventory trackers to predict weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly volume results.
  • Report and order plant inventory items such as chemicals, labels, packaging materials, and pallets.
  • Review and update end of month inventory and complete variance reporting.
  • Assist in supervising operations and warehouse employees. 

What you’ll bring:  

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or Engineering discipline preferred.
  • Experience working in an ERP system, preferably JDE.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel (e.g., Pivot Tables, Queries to external data bases, Visual basics, etc.) experience preferred. 
  • Previous experience in inventory management.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with all team members within the organization  
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment, multitask, and prioritize effectively.
  • Analytical mindset with a keen attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
