Position: Production Supervisor
Location: Portland, Oregon
Schedule: Full-Time | On-site, Monday–Friday

We’re looking for a Production Supervisor who’s ready to lead with grit, precision, and pride in our Packaging and Warehouse operations. If you're ready to roll up your sleeves and take ownership of performance, safety, and quality on the floor—this is your moment.
Your Mission:
Lead day-to-day packaging and warehouse operations—schedule, prioritize, and keep things moving.
Oversee the picking, packing, labeling, and staging of products for shipment.
Drive quality and safety with high standards and attention to detail.
Manage inventory accuracy, material flow, and storage organization.
Mentor and support your crew, helping them grow and succeed.
Communicate with leadership, report issues, and offer smart solutions.
Maintain a clean, secure, and organized warehouse and packaging area.
Identify ways to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and meet shipping timelines.
What You Bring:
High school diploma or equivalent.
2+ years of supervisory experience in a warehouse, packaging, or manufacturing environment.
Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and safety practices.
Ability to lead by example and make confident, data-driven decisions.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong organizational skills and a hands-on mindset.
