In the role of Business Systems Lead you’ll tackle complex challenges as you develop and diversify your professional experiences while helping others grow and develop their skills. 

The Clinical Business Systems Lead is responsible for working with Clinical Development Operations lines of business, and teams to understand business needs for operational data, technology, data migrations/ingestion and data visualization.  This will include defining business and functional requirements, evaluating solution alternatives, and developing detailed implementation plans outlining cost, schedule and ongoing operations for solution delivery.  This role will actively collaborate with our business and 3rd party partners on planning, design, development, testing and deployment of solutions through specialized technical and business process expertise. This role will also determine ways of leveraging existing solutions for new opportunities, continually seeking ways to optimize business processes and ongoing operations.
