Job Description

QAD has a Senior Project Manager position available in our Services team. This position is fully remote and based in Poland. Your responsibilities will include operational IT project management, advising customers, analysis and consulting, project progress, risk management and budget control, forecasting revenue and updating the forecast as well as close collaboration with the resourcing department.  This position reports directly to the Supply Chain Delivery Manager SRM (Supplier Relationship Management) based in Germany.

What you’ll do:

• Operational IT project management in new and existing customer implementation projects
• Advising customers in the optimal use of our software
• Analysis and consulting with customers regarding new customer requirements
• Responsibility for project progress, risk management and budget control.
• Close cooperation with your colleagues from the resourcing department to book consultants and prioritize projects
• Responsibility for forecasting revenue for your projects, and keeping that forecast updated

Qualifications

What you’ll need:

• Successfully completed commercial or technical education and/or studies in the field of engineering, economics, computer science or similar subjects
• Project Management certifications preferred (PMI, PMP, etc)
• A high affinity for IT topics, the ability to work in a team, customer orientation as well as very good communication skills
• Robust knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and modern internet applications (e.g. Salesforce, FinancialForce, Jira)
• German (at least A2) strongly preferred and very good (C1) English skills required
