Southway Crane & Rigging, Atlanta, GA is seeking an experienced Salesperson to add to our sales team. We maintain a large, diverse fleet of cranes; carry decks, rough terrain, crawler, truck crane, and all terrain cranes that range from 15 to 900-ton capacities. We support our customers with a large fleet of cranes and operators. 

Salesperson Responsibilities

• Must be motivated.
• Must be a team player.
• Must be hands-on with team.
• Manage sales plans, quoting jobs, schedule coordination.
• Must be competitive, passionate, and driven to serve others.
• Must be comfortable in various environments from meeting with prospective customers to visiting jobsites.
• Creative and willing to challenge the status quo.
• Willing to travel overnight when required.
• Must be eager to learn and teach new strategies for personal and professional growth.

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Experience sales with a track record of performance.
• Experience in operated crane industry.
• Experience in marketing strategies and analyzing trends.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Overnight travel required.
