Hours:  Monday-Thursday: 6:00am - 2:30pm / Friday: 6:00am - 1:00pm

What Will You Be Doing?   

As a project & service coordinator, our top priority is providing exceptional customer service and support. We are always ready to help our co-workers, sales staff, and technicians. It's important to be a problem-solving guru and a master of multi-tasking when it comes to customer service; You'll be the hero of the day as you quickly resolve any issues that arise. We believe that working together is the key to success!  Coordinators are responsible to: 


Coordinate service schedules
Manage customer base in assigned territory
Estimate cost of service
Prepare service contract quotations
Schedule service calls and dispatching field engineers
Source and quote parts, service, and batteries
Prepare work and purchase orders
Track parts and labor
Manage warranty activities & services
Resolve issues with orders and contracts with customers
24/7 on-call rotation every 4-6 weeks

QualificationsSkills Required to Succeed:


Two or more years of experience in customer service call center or dispatching
High school diploma/GED. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and conflict resolution skills
Using effective communication with customers via phone or email 
Exceptional organizational skills
Strong computer skills using Microsoft suite and various project management software applications
Some knowledge of critical power systems and basic trouble shooting procedures is helpful
Experience with shipping & logistics procedures is a plus

The employee is occasionally required to stand and walk. The employee must occasionally lift and /or move up to 50 pounds. Compensation Range: 

$20-24/hr

Includes on-call rotation compensation from $400 - $600!
