WAREHOUSE TECHNICIAN/CDL DRIVER

We have an exciting opportunity for a Warehouse Technician/CDL Driver at our El Paso IL site.

This role will be on-site at the Corteva location.

What You’ll Do:

• Ensure compliance with safety and quality policies and procedures.
• Complete appropriate paperwork and data entry record keeping to manage/track inventory moves.
• Monitor, operate, troubleshoot and maintain a variety of equipment.
• Empty containers and assist with maintaining appropriate housekeeping standards.
• Perform trailer movements within the site and between the site and the company’s offsite warehouse.
• Verify loads against accompanying paperwork.
• Other duties as assigned.

Education:

• You have your High School Diploma/GED.

What Skills You Need:

• Able to work both independently and in a team environment with limited supervision.
• Willing and able to lift up to 50 lbs., complete work that involves repetitive motion and/or repetitive lifting with or without reasonable accommodation, work in environments that include: tight or closed-in spaces, climb stairs/ladders and working at heights, stand or walk for extended periods of time, frequent bending and reaching, indoors/outdoors and in inclement weather.
• Licensed CDL class A driver.
• Logical problem-solving skills, and decision-making ability.
• Experience and proven proficiency in computer systems and programs including (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and tend to pick up quickly on new software.
• Good organization, prioritization and time-management skills in order to multi-task.
• You are willing/able to work a primarily day shift schedule overtime hours including weekend work as needed and some on call availability.
