As part of an industry-leading team, you will help empower results for our clients by delivering innovative and effective solutions as part of our Alight Retiree Health Solutions (ARHS) business group. As a Retiree Health Solutions Delivery Specialist, you will report directly to an Operations Manager.
Your impact as a Retiree Health Solutions Delivery Specialist:
Accountable for supporting his/her team in providing outstanding service delivery for the enterprise
Responsible for managing small to medium projects to ensure timely completion of deliverables, achievement of objectives, and meeting or exceeding operational measures and contractual performance standards
Owning and completing complex tasks, project planning and management, and coordination with relevant internal and external stakeholders
Responsible for ensuring quality including identifying process improvements that will lead to improvements in quality and efficiency
Monitoring and tracking service-related metrics to ensure processes meet or exceed targets and identify process improvement opportunities
Required Experience:
1-2 years executing key operational routines and identifying enhancement opportunities
1-2 years leading small-medium size projects
1-2 years partnering with internal and external stakeholders, including ongoing status meetings and process integration
Strong listening and interpersonal skills
Strong organization skills with the ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines
Skilled at properly researching, identifying, and documenting issues
Strong written and verbal communication skills including presentation skills
Strong problem solving and analytical skills while paying close attention to detail
Aptitude for understanding complexities of Medicare insurance and CMS regulations
Experience working in a highly regulated industry
Experience using basic business productivity tools and Microsoft applications including intermediate Excel
Experience working effectively in a team environment
Preferred Experience:
ARHS experience
Understanding of Sales & Service, internal functional areas, etc., and interactions with Alight Partners
Strong understanding of the ARHS system and its interactions
Education:
Bachelor's degree (in a business context, preferred) or equivalent years of industry experience
