Responsibilities:
- Assess customer inquiries via phone and allocate appropriate technicians to service appointments.
- Communicate precise information to technicians to ensure proficient and high-quality customer interactions.
- Effectively manage the schedules and requirements of all technicians in the field.
- Provide regular updates to customers regarding the progress of technicians throughout the day.
- Maintain precise customer records within our database.
- Document the outcomes of each service call and generate comprehensive report summaries for senior management.
- Achieve daily revenue targets by strategically prioritizing service calls.
- Demonstrate professionalism in customer interactions, fostering positive relationships and encouraging repeat business.
- Address customer requests promptly, resolving issues and actively promoting the brand.
- Participate in ongoing training initiatives to enhance sales skills and ensure swift, accurate dispatch of incoming orders.
- Cultivate a base of highly satisfied customers, aiming to transform them into enthusiastic advocates for our brand.
- Minimum of one (1) year of proven experience as a dispatcher in electrical, plumbing or HVAC.
- Ability to work at our Seattle office location.
- Availability to work from 7 AM to 3 PM on a consistent daily basis.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Preferred, but not required: Knowledge of the construction/industry.
- Excellent customer service skills with strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Highly desirable, but not mandatory: Experience using ServiceTitan.
- Preferred: Familiarity with Nexstar.
- Successful completion of a background check and drug test.
