JOB SUMMARY
Under direction of the Chief Deputy or Senior Director, this position is responsible for supporting the strategic vision within an assigned area of the Clerk’s Office. Employees in this classification are responsible for planning, coordinating, supervising, budgeting, and controlling assigned resources to achieve organizational objectives. This position provides assistance in the strategic direction for the office’s operational and technological initiatives and recommends the use and application of new and existing processes and technologies as warranted for improved customer service, productivity and cost-effectiveness. Performs high level professional work directing the activities of a Clerk department. The incumbent plans, assigns, and reviews the work of department managers as well as serves as project lead on major project initiatives. The incumbent collaborates with others in establishing policies and directives for operational planning in accordance with established laws, rules, and regulations. Independent judgment is required for organizational planning and for lending guidance to the departments in the assigned areas of responsibility.
Starting Salary: $40.88 hourly/ $85,030 annually
