Role Overview:

Pernod Ricard is seeking a Director to lead our Global Supply Chain Transformation & Continuous Improvement initiatives. This strategic role is designed to enhance our vision of integrated operations, which emphasizes agility, efficiency, and equity. The successful candidate will oversee our transformation strategy across planning, logistics, and customer service, integrating cutting-edge ERP systems to leverage a unified operational backbone.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Program Management for Supply Chain Transformation:

   - Formulate and control budgets, allocate resources, and define project timelines for supply chain initiatives.

   - Provide strategic leadership to regional supply chain units, ensuring they align with global objectives.

   - Spearhead change management programs to facilitate the integration of new processes and technologies.

   - Keep abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to guide strategic planning.

2. ERP System Integration Leadership:

   - Prepare the supply chain framework for ERP system design and deployment, collaborating closely with the ERP team to address potential changes and integrate solutions.

   - Act as the primary liaison with tech teams and ensure functional leaders are engaged and their needs addressed throughout the project lifecycle.

3. Continuous Improvement in Supply Chain:

   - Establish and implement a LEAN-based continuous improvement system to optimize supply chain operations.

   - Lead cross-functional teams to develop and launch innovative supply chain solutions.

   - Enhance global supply chain efficiency, reduce costs, and manage risks through ongoing improvement initiatives.

   - Manage performance metrics and data analytics to monitor supply chain effectiveness globally.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s preferred.

- 12-15 years of extensive experience in supply chain management & large-scale transformation roles.

- Expertise in utilizing advanced technological tools and methodologies within supply chain sectors.

- Exceptional analytical abilities with proficiency in interpreting complex data and generating strategic insights.

- Demonstrated experience in leading diverse teams in a multicultural setting is essential.
