ManTech seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Journeyman Project Analyst to join our team in Doral, FL.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Provides support to Project Managers and Senior Analysts in the execution of assigned Project Plans

• Assist in the development and execution of engineering, training, and lifecycle sustainment plans and activities, under the guidance of Senior Analysts

• Contribute to team visibility by assisting with project timeframes, objectives, and effective team communications

• Create and manage project documentation and reports, collecting, verifying, and analyzing data to support efficient project execution

• Track, forecast, and report on project progress, including metrics and potential challenges, under the supervision of Senior Analysts

• Maintain current knowledge on the requirements applicable to each project and actively participate in project meetings and discussions

• Role focuses on developing proficiency in project analysis and support, with increasing responsibility for data accuracy and process adherence

• Work under the direction of Project Managers and Senior Analysts, contributing to team objectives and building experience in project management methodologies

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field necessary to assume Project Analyst duties or 4 years of additional experience in lieu of a required bachelor’s degree

• 4+ years of experience with 2+ years of position-specific Project Analyst experience

• Solid understanding of project management principles and methodologies.

• Experience in supporting Project Managers with planning, execution, and monitoring of project activities. Ability to interpret Project Plans and translate them into actionable tasks.

• Experience in creating and maintaining project documentation and reports; proficiency in using spreadsheet software and project management tools.

Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

• Familiarity with specific industry or domain knowledge relevant to the projects (e.g., engineering, training, lifecycle sustainment).
