Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, this role will be responsible for strategically tackling the highest leverage business problems at any time. This function ensures the company delivers on organizational objectives in not only an efficient manner but with breakthrough results. 

What you’ll be doing: 

• Leveraging data-driven insights and business intelligence from all parts of the business to help senior leadership and business owners make important decisions 
• Parachuting into any problem area, digging in, and fixing it 
• Helping build and drive processes by developing plans on how to best use resources including people, technology, capital and creating organizational structures, processes, and tools to achieve, measure and optimize outcomes
• Communicating and collaborating with various stakeholders to align and mobilize teams on the most critical company objectives and opportunities 
• Continuously stay abreast of external trends, benchmarking, and best-in-class business practices to implement strategy, sustainable solutions. 

What we expect from you: 

• 5 - 7 years experience, with experience in consulting, investment banking, or corporate strategy required; top tier consulting firm experience strongly preferred. 
• 1 - 2 years of operating experience at hypergrowth start-up. 
• Healthcare experience is a plus
• BA or BS degree, MBA a plus

The target salary range for this position is $153,750 - $205,000, and is part of a competitive total rewards package including stock options, benefits, and incentive pay for eligible roles. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. We review all employee pay and compensation programs annually at minimum to ensure competitive and fair pay.
