Transportation Supervisor - Inpatient Facility

Conifer Park, a private healthcare system providing quality professional treatment to those suffering from Substance Use Disorders, is seeking for a Transportation Supervisor to oversee out transportation department.

The right candidate for this role will ensure safe prompt and efficient transportation of patients. Will be responsible for the transportation staff, including scheduling, payroll, evaluations and workload assignments. Will seek for the maintenance of the transportation fleet, ensuring vehicles are kept in a safe and clean manner.

The supervisor will handle all business office duties, including processing transport receipts, cash advances, verifying cellular phone and gas charges, any travel changes and producing monthly reporting based on patient transportation information.

The supervisor fill in as a driver when needed.

Requirements

Associates Degree with one-year supervisory experience, or High School Diploma with two-year supervisory experience. Minimum of two years’ experience within a transportation department. CPR certification and valid and clean NYS driver’s license required. Detail oriented with an ability to multitask. Basic PC skills within the Microsoft Office environment.
