ABOUT THE POSITION

We are looking for a Sr. Marketing Manager to work with our client's Product Marketing group. This Project Manager will manage the process owned by Product Marketing to get requests ready to submit to the marketing technology team for completion.

REQUIREMENTS

• Manage the process that Product Marketing executes to get requests ready to submit to the Marketing Technology team for intake
• Provide stakeholders with updates on status, roadmap, issues/risks, and dependencies.
• Work with stakeholders to ensure tasks are completed on time and aligned with submission criteria
• Provide recommendations on process improvement with an eye toward simplification, scale, and automation
• Work across teams to ensure Product Marketing process align and improve connection and handoff
• Ensure documentation reflects current state and provide recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience managing digital marketing projects 
• Should be familar with the Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence), project management frameworks, and Agile methodologies
• Demonstrated ability to manage expectations and build rapport with  executives and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
• True Consultative Leadership skills – Ability to handle complexity and ambiguity with ease, while building cross-functional relationships

SALARY AND BENEFIT HIGHLIGHTS   

We consider a variety of factors when making compensation decisions. We share this to ensure transparency and set expectations for those considering opportunities with us.

The beginning salary range for this role is $100,000 - $110,000.

As you excel at Amplify, there is potential for salary increases and promotions. If you were to remain in this role, there is earning potential for this level of $150,000.
