Join us as a: Senior Python Architect

We are seeking a highly experienced and passionate Senior Python Architect or Principal Python Engineer to lead the development and architecture of complex, high-performance backend systems. You will be instrumental in defining technical strategy, coaching teams, and tackling the most challenging computational and data-intensive problems for our international clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and refine system architecture and design specifications regularly.
• Lead frequent, high-quality code reviews and mentor junior and intermediate engineers in best practices, especially around performance and scalability.
• Work closely with product owners and stakeholders to translate complex requirements into technical solutions.
• Handle ad-hoc complex technical challenges involving performance tuning, distributed computing, and data pipeline optimization.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes, tools, and technical standards across the organization.

Required Skills & ExpertiseCore Foundation:

• 12+ years of demonstrable, hands-on experience in software development, with a primary focus on Python and the Django framework.
• A deep passion for technology and engineering excellence, evidenced by contributions, personal projects, or thought leadership.
• Expert-level understanding of Django ORM internals, caching strategies, and performance tuning techniques for high-throughput applications.

Beyond CRUD:

• Proven ability to work beyond simple Create, Read, Update, Delete (CRUD) applications.
• Comfortable designing and implementing robust compute jobs, complex data processing pipelines (ETL/ELT), and systems that handle intricate, high-volume data relationships.

Specialization Tracks:

• AWS: Hands-on experience with core AWS services, including boto libraries for direct interaction, ECS/ECR for container orchestration, AWS Batch for scheduled compute tasks, and proficiency with S3 and CloudFront for data and content delivery. Experience building task automations is highly valued.
• OpenCV/3D: Strong background in image processing (computer vision) and experience utilizing libraries such as OpenCV. Familiarity with Open3D or similar libraries for handling 3D/mesh models and performing complex geometric analyses.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Demonstrates a clear passion for solving hard technical problems and a commitment to writing clean, maintainable, and scalable code.
• Able to ramp quickly on new projects, technologies, and business domains.
• Solid written and verbal communication skills in English, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
