Senior RUST Engineers - Relocation to Switzerland needed!

Maybe soon with you?<strong><br/><br/></strong><strong>Your Role:</strong><br/></p> <ul> <li>Contribute to a new greenfield project for a MedTech client.</li> <li>Help define technological standards and support architecture decisions with Rust.</li> <li>Collaborate with an experienced C++/C# developer team and support their transition to Rust.</li> <li>Be part of building a Rust competence center.</li> <li>Help shape the project from the ground up.</li> </ul><p><strong>Your Profile:</strong></p><ul> <li>University degree (ETH, FH, Uni, HF) in Computer Science or equivalent.</li> <li>At least 8 years of experience in software development, including 3 years using Rust.</li> <li>Strong expertise in C/C++ and Embedded Linux; experience with C#/.NET is a plus.</li> <li>Experience with real-time requirements in embedded systems.</li> <li>Experience with Docker and Messaging in distributed systems.</li> <li>Ability to support and upskill developers from other paradigms in Rust.</li> <li>Experience with CI/CD using Azure DevOps (e.g., Cargo pipelines).</li> <li>Excellent English skills are essential, German language skills are an advantage.</li> <li>Willingness to travel to the client site 2–3 days per week.</li> </ul><p><strong>What We Offer:</strong></p><ul> <li>A flagship project in the MedTech sector: innovative, greenfield, and impactful.</li> <li>Strong team spirit: fun events and a great sense of community among ERNIans.</li> <li>Personalized professional development: tailor-made training opportunities at ERNI.</li> <li>Work-life balance: flexible hours and remote work (up to 5 weeks/year within the EU).</li> <li>Attractive pension benefits: we cover two-thirds of your pension contributions.</li> </ul><p>Curious?
