Summary:
TeamLogic IT Marietta is seeking an experienced and highly capable IT Level 2 Systems Admin Specialist to join our fast-paced technical services team. This mid-level role is suited for a self-driven professional who thrives in a client-facing, multi-environment MSP setting. The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency across cloud platforms, systems administration, network administration, security frameworks, and business applications — particularly Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and SASE technologies (Todyl preferred).

This position requires on-site availability and local residence in Marietta, Kennesaw, or Acworth, Georgia.

Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a technical escalation point for advanced service desk issues across client environments
  • Support the deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting of Microsoft-based infrastructure
  • Administer and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, including security, integrations, and user roles
  • Configure and support Azure AD, Office 365, Teams, Exchange Online, and hybrid cloud environments
  • Implement and manage SASE solutions such as Todyl to enforce secure access and policy-based control across distributed endpoints
  • Conduct vulnerability assessments, manage remediation workflows, and assist in endpoint hardening
  • Maintain and troubleshoot domain controllers, DNS, DHCP, GPOs, and Active Directory configurations
  • Manages physical and virtual networking (e.g., SonicWall, Meraki, Ubiquiti), firewalls, VPN tunnels, VLANs
  • Utilize Autotask PSA for ticketing, asset documentation, SLAs, and knowledgebase updates
  • Assist with server migrations, onboarding projects, backup system deployment, and client transitions
  • Create and maintain documentation on infrastructure, configurations, and best practices
  • Works collectively with other subject matter experts and participates in internal process improvement initiatives Technical Support and
  • Troubleshooting: Provide advanced technical support to clients, including installing, configuring, and maintaining hardware and software.
Skills Applicants Must Have to Proceed
  • Minimum 4+ years of professional IT experience, with at least 2 years in a Level 2 role within an MSP
  • Demonstrated experience with Azure, Office 365, SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams administration
  • Monitoring Tools: Knowledge of network and system monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, Ninja One, Auvik, etc.).
  • Strong command of domain controller operations, Active Directory, DNS/DHCP, and GPOs (virtual and physical)
  • Hands-on experience with vulnerability management tools and endpoint patching strategies
  • Practical experience with Autotask or equivalent PSA systems
  • Solid networking knowledge including firewall/VPN management and IP routing
  • Strong written/verbal communication and time management skills
  • Industry certifications: CompTIA Security+, Microsoft 365 Certified, Azure Administrator, or equivalent 
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable local transportation for on-site client work

Preferred Additional Qualifications
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (functional or admin-level support)
  • Cloud Services: Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Experience implementing or managing SASE solutions (Todyl preferred)
  • Automation: Familiarity with scripting and automation tools (e.g., PowerShell, Bash) to streamline processes.
  • Documentation Tools: Proficiency in using documentation tools and platforms (e.g., Hudu, Ninja Documentation, IT Glue, SharePoint).
  • Experience with virtualization (Hyper-V, VMware), backup platforms, and cloud storage solutions 
  • Military experience or veteran status is a plus
