Assistant Director of Engineering (Healthcare)
Join our Facilities Engineering team as Assistant Director of Engineering. This hands-on leadership role supports the Director in managing hospital infrastructure, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance. You'll assist in strategic planning, ensure regulatory compliance, and prioritize patient care standards. Key responsibilities include overseeing multiple departments, managing off-hour/emergency operations, and optimizing workflows through CMMS. You'll also lead the operations of Baptist-owned/leased practices, handling budgets, construction, design, and relocations. Flexibility, leadership, and healthcare facility experience required.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Facilities Management or Related Field Preferred

A minimum of 4 years of related work experience required

Previous management experience within a healthcare facility preferred.
