Position Purpose:
The CNA works in a collaborative environment at Holy Cross Health within the Cardiac Intermediate Care Unit to deliver excellent patient care assistance under the supervision and direction of a designated health care professional in accordance with policies and procedures. This position is a great opportunity to work in an organization that focuses on treating the whole person physically, emotionally, and spiritually. Supports the mission of Trinity and Holy Cross Hospital.
As delegated by a licensed nurse, performs essential duties appropriate to role while assisting with basic to complex patient care needs.
Participates in direct one-to-one patient observation to maintain a safe and therapeutic environment.
Assists delegated care team in keeping detailed records, clear communication and working with patients and families.
Minimum Qualifications:
Currently enrolled in high school, in process of completing GED or has obtained high school diploma or GED.
Maryland CNA certification and BLS required

Pay Range: $17.89-$25.09
Pay is based on experience, skills and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
