As a Warehouse Worker at Captura Hall, you will be responsible for maintaining an organized and efficient warehouse, ensuring that products are properly stored, packed, and shipped on time. You will play an essential role in our operations by supporting the movement of goods in and out of the warehouse while adhering to company standards for safety and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and organize incoming inventory.
• Maintain accurate stock levels and ensure items are stored appropriately.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment based on customer orders.
• Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
• Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and free from hazards.
• Perform regular inventory checks and assist in cycle counting.
• Assist in loading/unloading delivery trucks and vehicles.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and timely deliveries.

Qualifications

Skills & Qualifications

• Previous warehouse or manual labor experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to lift heavy items (up to 50 lbs).
• Basic computer skills for inventory management.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment (training available).
• Detail-oriented and able to work efficiently with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
• Commitment to safety and following operational guidelines.
