* Lead and participate in design and change review forums for SAP HANA, facilitating constructive discussions and making informed decisions that balance speed, risk, cost, and long-term maintainability.

Testing, Cutover & Hypercare:

* Oversee SAP HANA testing strategy and execution, including SIT/UAT readiness, defect triage, and resolution of design issues.

* Support cutover planning and post-go-live stabilization for SAP HANA, ensuring operational soundness and robust support during hypercare.

BAU, Enhancements & Change Governance:

* Work with test and business teams to support SIT/UAT readiness, defect triage, and resolution of design issues within SAP HANA projects.

* Collaborate with Service Owners, support teams, and SMEs to ensure SAP HANA-related change requests are well-defined, value-driven, and prepared for prioritization and delivery.

Solution Architecture Leadership:

* Lead the design and development of end-to-end solution architectures for new and existing SAP HANA applications and platforms, incorporating fit‑to‑standard and clean‑core principles, balancing standard SAP capabilities with real business outcomes.

Job Qualifications:
