Work Schedule: Ally designates roles as (1) fully on-site, (2) hybrid, or (3) fully remote. Hybrid roles are generally expected to be in the office a certain number of days per week as indicated by your manager. The Opportunity

The Director – Product Management will be responsible for performance management of Ally’s end to end sales processes for all core deposit products including checking, savings, MMA and CDs. Will be responsible for coordinating across digital, marketing, finance, operations, and product teams to optimize new customer growth, engagement, and overall quality. Ideal candidate will have a strong finance and product management background with a focus on performance management reporting, process improvement, and forecast management. Will collaborate with cross functional teams to identify opportunities, develop sales process improvements, manage and report out on opportunities and risks to sales forecast, and create routines to ensure alignment on expected business outcomes. Critical to this role is a deep understanding of the consumer deposits business, strong financial acumen, and the ability to synthesize information and data to form opinions that will help shape and drive business performance. This individual should understand the digital sales funnel, forecasting processes, and have insight into the broader competitive landscape to inform tactics and strategies. Also necessary is a strong understanding and working knowledge of key risk management practices, and risk framework appropriate for deposit products.
In office role at Ally's Charlotte NC location, we offer hybrid schedule of 3 days in office and 2 from home. 

The Work Itself

  • Manage the end to end sales funnel performance management across all deposit products
  • Define current state across the sales funnel and, working with key stakeholders, defining target state objectives using internal and external benchmarking and data
  • Partner across finance, marketing, product teams, and digital to define opportunities to meet target
