Porters Neck Village is recruiting for a hospitality focused LPN to join our team! This position provides nursing care out of our Resident Care Clinic (RCC) to residents and responds to medical emergencies on campus. This is a part time position scheduled every other Saturday, 6p-6a Sundays with the option to pick up additional shifts. Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of an LPN:

Porters Neck Village is recruiting for a hospitality focused LPN to join our team! This position provides nursing care out of our Resident Care Clinic (RCC) to residents and responds to medical emergencies on campus. This is a part time position scheduled every other Saturday, 6p-6a Sundays with the option to pick up additional shifts. Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of an LPN:
- Monitors nurse call station and responds accordingly.
- Administers treatments when necessary, including but not limited to: First Aid, CPR, Eye Drops, vital signs, medication administration, etc.
- Assists in direct resident care as necessary.
- Maintains accurate documentation of resident visits to Resident Care Center and emergency situations.
- Follows infection control standard precautions and safety policies per agency, state and federal regulations. Uses personal protective equipment as needed. Properly disposes of any contaminated waste materials.
- Maintains confidentiality of all resident interactions
- Performs assigned tasks during emergency events such as fire, electrical failure or natural disasters.
- May drive company vehicle to escort residents.
- Current nursing license valid in state worked
- Valid driver license with satisfactory driving record
- Willingness to be available for any/all emergencies regarding the community
