The Difference You Make:
The Product Specialist - Equity - IC5 is responsible for control and execution of Investors orders in LatAm and US equity markets, in full coordination with the rest of the trading team and  local trading desks.
Will be responsible in particular for control and execution of North American Investors orders on the Brazil market, in full coordination with Brazil local desk and with discretionary use of the Facilitation book.
Will also be responsible for the execution of South American Investors on US and European markets.
The incumbent will drive the growth and retention of existing client relationships, build new client relationships, and provide the full breadth of the Company's products and services to clients and prospects.
 

• Leads the Company's business development efforts throughout the assigned region targeting larger scale clients.
• Provides the full breadth of the Company's products and services to clients and prospects.

• Researches and analyzes clients and market data.

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience: Business or equivalent field. - Required.

5+ Years Business Development, Product Specialist Management, or related experience. - Required.

• deep knowledge of the Brazilian Equity market and full command of the Portuguese language.

• Demonstrated thought leader in trading with North American base investors.

Ability to be flexible, adapt to changing priorities and prioritize deadlines.
• Ability to manage and uphold departmental standards.
• Process-oriented, detailed and strong aesthetic sensibility.
• Advanced in Bloomberg, Fidessa, Murex, Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI), and with ability to learn new software(s)
• Proven ability work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, organizational skills and project management skills.

• Very strong interpersonal communication skills, complemented by both excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong relationship management and negotiation skills.
• Demonstrated complex contact negotiation skills.



Certifications:
FINRA Series 7, 63 and 57.

What Else You Need To Know:

The base pay range for this position is posted below and represents the annualized salary range. For hourly positions (non-exempt), the annual range is based on a 40-hour work week. The exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications and location.

Minimum:

$131,250.00 USD

Maximum:

$200,000.00 USD
