Operations Field Manager

Description: American Water & Mold Restoration is hiring a Field Operations Manager to work with our team. Those filling this position must be able to qualify for base access for we work on all local Colorado Springs military bases. A background check and drug screen are part of the hiring process. This is a demanding but rewarding opportunity with much room for advancement among those who are dependable and work well with a team. This job will consist of 75% field work overseeing/helping with jobs and 25% office work, including putting together estimates.

Requirements:

• 5 years field management experience
• Basic computer skills
• Xactimate program knowledge preferred
• Minor travel for training
• IICRC WRT certification preferred
• Mold and lead certifications preferred
• Good character and ability to work with a team 
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Neat, clean and organized
• Great work ethic
• A clean background (most of the work is on a military base)
• A willingness to learn and grow in the industry

Job Type: Full-time Salary: $75,000 - $90,000

Schedule:

• Full time Monday - Friday
• Rotating on-call
