Working on large scale projects with cutting-edge technology, we constantly improve and innovate.</p><p></p><p>Partner with the best</p><p>As Refinery, Petrochemical, Pipeline and Industrial OTR Lead Project Engineer, you'll lead the execution of projects with low-medium technical complexity and intensity within IET Refinery, Petrochemical, Pipelines and Industrial market segments for packages driven by electric motor (centrifugal or reciprocating compressor as driven equipment), packages driven by Steam Turbines and Gas Turbine for mechanical drive and power generation application.</p><p></p><p>As Refinery, Petrochemical, Pipeline and Industrial OTR Lead Project Engineer, you will be responsible for:</p><ul><li>Managing Customer technical interfaces and related communication</li><li>Reviewing and assess information received from ITO needed to start the job</li><li>Identifying customer's requirement indicated in contractual technical specifications and assure correct CTQ flow-down, integrated with product line standards throughout DR process.</li><li>Ensuring the proper understanding of technical Customer needs inside the GE O&amp;G organization;</li><li>Managing and schedule drawing list to be submitted to Customers (Vendor Document Register) in accordance to Contractual obligation;</li><li>Managing bill of material for the assigned project to be in accordance to contractual requirement and internal procedures</li><li>Supporting Engineering planning and related issue’s resolution;</li><li>Leading internal design activities, reviews and technical decisions;</li><li>Coordinating Design Reviews and Project Review processes with the engineering team;</li><li>Evaluating technical project risks and abatement plan;</li><li>Attending customer meetings (kick-off, coordination review, close out, HAZOP's, design reviews)</li><li>Leading initiative to reach quality target during job execution;</li><li>Attending quality meeting with customer and third parties involved, supporting Project Quality manager to review project quality control plan (QCP/ITP);</li><li>Leading the engineering team to customer issue resolution during execution phase;</li><li>Managing and controlling the engineering hours allocated to the job and its spent;</li><li>Leading Project Productivity initiatives from Engineering point of view</li><li>Reviewing Test specifications, and attends machinery test with suppliers and or client;</li><li>Supporting different Company Functions involved in the assigned job;</li><li>Leading VDR completeness after material shipping, productivity and leakage review</li></ul><p></p><p>Fuel your passion</p><p>To be successful in this role you will:</p><ul><li>Have a Master’s Degree in Engineering discipline, Mechanical/Aeronautic or Chemical preferred;</li><li>Have experience in a multidisciplinary assignment, in Oil &amp; Gas environment as System Engineer, Lead Design Engineer;</li><li>Have experience in machinery design (preferred Steam Turbine/Gas-Expander/Centrifugal Compressor, Recips);</li><li>Have knowledge of plant philosophy and of main components for steam turbine power generation, Petrochemical plant, Refinery;</li><li>Have knowledge of Machine Mechanical Design, System and Auxiliaries design;</li><li>Have experience in team management and project fulfilment execution experience;</li><li>Show interpersonal skills and ability to interface effectively with different levels of the organization and external Customers.</li><li>Be fluent in English and Italian and hold an EU work permit.</li><li>Be happy to travel to international locations to meet customers and work with them.</li></ul><p></p><p>Work in a way that works for you</p><p>We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
