Sr. Analyst, BES, OTC, Accounts Receivable

<p><b>Your Opportunity</b></p><p></p><p><span>You will provide services to our stakeholders in </span><span>Portugal</span><span> and </span><span>Support the OTC Department </span><span>in achieving our mission: leveraging global resources through shared services to reduce costs, enhance customer experience, and build new capabilities.</span></p><p><span>Key Responsibilities: </span><span>You will implement and execute process strategies across the following functional areas: </span><span>Collection Management </span><span>– Drive effective collection activities to ensure timely and accurate cash recovery. </span><span>Deductions Settlement </span><span>(Rebates and Disputes) – Manage and resolve customer deductions and disputes promptly and accurately. Additionally, you will be responsible for preparing month-end </span><span>Reports</span><span>, including Bad Debt analysis, Overdue Balance reviews, Collection Forecasts, AR Commentaries, Account Reconciliation, and other related tasks.</span></p><p><span>About You. </span><span>You will thrive in a multicultural environment, collaborating with a Team spread across eight global locations. Strong communication, proactive approach, result oriented and interpersonal skills are highly valued in our organization.</span></p><p></p><p><b>Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li><span>Ensure that </span><span>BES</span><span> (Bacardi Enterprise Services) delivers </span><span>high standard customer service to the market</span></li><li><span>Be accountable for the Accounts Receivables of a portfolio of customers mainly in Portugal. You may also be assigned some clients of the Southern Europe cluster.</span></li><li><span>Execute OTC process cycle (customer contact, escalations, legal referrals, order analysis and release, among others) to accelerate cash collections, reduce DSO</span><span>, bad debts, and overdue percentage</span><span> </span><span>Act as one of the </span><span>points of contact</span><span> between BES and the market</span></li><li><span>Conduct </span><span>actions</span><span> and projects in the market to improve results, drive efficiencies and simplify processes</span></li><li><span>Build strong </span><span>relationships</span><span> with key business partners</span></li><li><span>Coordinate with the </span><span>Rebates and Customer Services Team</span><span> prioritization of invoices based on deductions. </span></li><li><span>Complete monthly tasks such as </span><span>SOX controls</span><span>, reports and information delivered to key stake holders.</span></li><li><span>Coordinate with the </span><span>Cash Apps team</span><span> to make sure accounts are reconciled and payment are applied accordingly. </span><span> </span></li><li><span>Be a problem solver</span><span> of issues reported by customers and key stake holders</span></li><li><span>Attend regular touchpoint </span><span>meetings</span><span> with key stakeholders (Commercial team, local finance, Customer Service and Logistics) to share results, challenges and require support</span><span> </span></li><li><span>Communicate effectively with </span><span>internal Bacardi clients</span><span> as necessary to ensure that work is properly delivered.</span></li><li><span>Influence the markets</span><span> to follow the correct procedures and policies. </span></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Skills</b></p><ul><li><span>Experience in Shared Services environment. </span></li><li><span>Finance Background</span></li><li><span>At least three years of experience working across one or more of the Invoice to Cash process areas: (Collections, Credit Management, invoice collection, deduction settlement). </span></li><li><span>Excellent problem-solving abilities with experience in process and quality analysis</span></li><li><span>Knowledge and experience with SAP and other applicable software programs preferred such as Microsoft Excel</span></li><li><span>Professional proficiency in Portuguese and English.
