(Junior) Product Manager Baby Carriers & Accessories (m/f/d)

 

Areas of responsibilities

 

• Coordinate projects within the product portfolio accessories and carriers throughout the entire product life cycle
• Monitor, analyze and evaluate market trends, consumer behavior and competitor activity through market research to identify market opportunities
• Identify consumer requirements and specifications, develop and implement those into the organization
• Create product documentations
• Act as a product owner and coordinate between Design, Sales, Marketing, R&D, Quality and Procurement and if needed further areas of the organization
• Organize & manage child fittings to ensure best ergonomics for babies/children
• Organize & manage consumer tests to ensure best handling and usability of the product
• Coordinate all relevant artworks with internal and external parties
• Monitor commercial success of product portfolio and implement interventions

 

Your qualifications:

 

• Successfully completed studies in Business Administration, Fashion/Textile Management or comparable
• First knowledge of business processes and requirements of the relevant customers and stakeholders in e.g. demand, design or supply chain
• Strong sense of entrepreneurship including customer-centricity, end-to-end process thinking and problem solving mindset
• Excellent product management skills to lead and drive cross-departmental progress
• Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment and pays close attention to detail
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• Proficient level user with MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
