We are looking for a Customer Service Representative with native German and high-level English for handling customer inquiries (order queries and technical support) for household appliances.

 

Requirements

• Native level of German.

• High level of English.

• Empathy with customers.

• Willingness to improve every day.

• Analytical skills to identify customer needs.

• Residence in Barcelona.

 

Benefits

• Start Date: 19/06/2024.

• Training: 6 days of training from 9 AM to 6 PM.

• Contract: Permanent, 39 or 30 hours per week.

• Salary: 1810€ gross per month (39 hours) or 1392€ gross per month (30 hours).

• Work Schedule: Monday to Friday. - 39hs: 9AM-6PM / 30hs: 11AM-5PM.

• Work Mode: Hybrid training and work arrangement.
