Client Summary: U.S. Coast Guard (USCG), Office of Acquisition Support & Systems Engineering Policy (CG-SID-9), Headquarters – Washington, DC. Work is primarily onsite at USCG HQ with a minimum of two (2) days onsite per week; onsite requirement may increase at Government discretion. All positions require the ability to obtain a favorable suitability decision.  

If selected for a contingent employment offer, the applicant will be required to participate in one (1) in‑person presentation at U.S. Coast Guard Headquarters (USCG HQ) in Washington, DC, in support of our proposal submission to answer client questions individually and as a part of the team. This onsite presentation is mandatory for contingent hires and will be scheduled and coordinated in advance.

Position Summary:
Provides SELC/MSAM/NMAP systems engineering support, artifact reviews, policy/process refinement, and recommendations.

Primary Responsibilities
• Assist in refining/implementing USCG-focused SELC policies, processes, and procedures.• Review systems engineering products for completeness and compliance; produce written findings and recommendations.• Track program SE review events and associated completion letters; update ADSR monthly.
Minimum Qualifications Master’s + 6 years (5 years PM/APM) OR Bachelor’s + 8 years (5 years PM/APM) in systems engineering or related field.• Experience with SELC, MSAM, NMAP; strong analytical and writing skills.• Familiarity with DHS/USCG acquisition governance and documentation standards.
Other Requirements • Onsite: Minimum 2 days/week at USCG HQ; may increase.• Clearance/Badging: Favorable suitability and CAC.

Compensation: $135,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year
