Provides dynamic leadership in the program by creating educational options which lead to academic growth and achievement for all students through a thorough knowledge of curriculum, instruction, assessment, supervision and evaluation, staff professional learning, community engagement, and positive campus culture; implements a student-focused vision and collaborative leadership style to meet the academic, social, and emotional needs of all students.

  • Reports consistently for work as scheduled

  • Attends all community, staff, and school board meetings and conferences as directed by the Superintendent or designee

  • Collaboratively develops the vision, mission, and strategic plan, based on a cycle of continuous improvement of student outcomes, and facilitate their integration into the school community

  • Creates a professional school environment and fosters relationships that promote staff and student success and well-being

  • Plans and coordinates transportation needs with the Transportation Department
