We’re aiming to elevate the customer experience and generate cost savings with state-of-the-art technology and standardized processes. Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.
Performs a combination of manual and clerical Inbound and receiving duties; may work out of a central warehouse.
Uses computer system for tracking, logging, verifying and reporting.
Follows Receiving practices, procedures, schedules and requirements.
Receives incoming materials or prepares materials for stock placement.
(un)packs or (un)wraps items such as finished products, raw stock, assemblies, parts, building materials, office supplies, equipment, etc.
Verifies incoming shipments, and conformance of materials to stated identifications; logs receipt of items on system, processes freight bills, packing sheets, and other documents; reports materials shipped and bills of lading; posts weight and shipping charges and routes merchandise to destinations.
Required Knowledge and Experience:
Requires minimum of 8 years of experience
Nice to Have:
Direct experience supporting Medtronic distribution center operations, including waving orders, assigning isles, running orders, and batch swaps
Prior experience in a distribution center or in a warehouse operation
Advanced English language fluency
Strong verbal and written communication to convey goals clearly
Active listening and the ability to give constructive feedback
Some experience in delegating tasks to team members
Must have the ability to adjust to changing priorities
For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United
