Legal Operations Analyst, IP Legal

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Anti-Counterfeiting/Global Product Security Team (ACT) as a Legal Operations Analyst. The ideal candidate will play a key role in optimizing business processes, analyzing data to drive decision-making, and implementing strategies to improve operational efficiency. This role offers the opportunity to work cross-functionally with various teams to support the company's objectives and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Specific Responsibilities and Skills
- Leads the maintenance and accuracy of the team’s incident case management system and other tools and technologies used by the team for day-to-day operations.
- Creates, collects and/or files records in an organized manner as needed to support the team.
- Direct day to day operations for ACT including data, records, vendors, processes, and procedure management.
- Analyze operational processes and identify areas for improvement to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Lead the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance and operational excellence.
- Develop and implement solutions to optimize processes and enhance performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the implementation of process improvements and operational initiatives.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret ACT’s data to provide insights and recommendations to the team.
- Create reports and presentations to support team initiatives.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track progress and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Extremely agile and able to take on new tasks/processes depending on needs of the team.
- Work in partnership on a full range of projects for the Anti-Counterfeiting team by collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Quality, Packaging/Manufacturing, Security, IT, and finance, as well as various business units.

Education and Experience
Minimum Education & Experience
- Requires a minimum of 3 years work experience with a BS or BA degree or 2 years work experience with a MA/MS or MBA.
