Job Summary:  

The Sr. Director / VP of FP&A Analytics will lead Acrisure’s enterprise FP&A Analytics function. This role is responsible for shaping how the company uses data and analytics to explain business performance, forecast future outcomes, and guide strategic decisions. The ideal candidate is a highly analytical, data-driven leader with a strong foundation in finance, exceptional modeling skills, and the ability to translate complex results into clear, actionable insights. This person will manage and develop a team of managers and analysts, serving as a key partner to leadership across the organization. This position will report to the SVP, Head of Financial Planning & Analysis.   

Responsibilities: 

• Lead enterprise FP&A analytics – set the vision, priorities, and roadmap for how FP&A leverages data and analytics to drive decision-making across the organization. 

• Support enterprise forecasting and own reporting frameworks – ensure timely, accurate, and insight-rich forecasts, dashboards, and management packs. 

• Advance driver-based financial modeling – work with FP&A team to embed analytical rigor into forecasting models; expand scenario and sensitivity analysis capabilities. 

• Partner with enterprise Data & Technology teams – co-own the financial and operating metrics catalog, ensure consistent KPI definitions and data governance, and build an integrated finance data layer. 

• Deliver variance analyses that explains the "why" and provides a path forward – work with the FP&A team to attribute financial outcomes to operational drivers. 

• Support strategic initiatives – provide performance tracking measures and KPIs. 

• Build and manage a high-performing team – lead, mentor, and scale a group of FP&A managers and analysts that provide data-driven support across the enterprise.
