About the role

<p>You will work closely with the Global Mobility team and support in identifying, optimizing, and standardizing internal processes. Your responsibilities will include:</p><ul><li>Assisting in analysing and mapping existing HR Global Mobility processes</li><li>Identifying opportunities for automation, simplification, or improvement</li><li>Supporting the design and documentation of new or improved processes and templates</li><li>Collaborating with cross-functional HR teams to align process improvements</li><li>Creating process documentation, guides, and training materials for our internal Global Mobility Tool and our Global Mobility Policies</li><li>Additionally, you would assist us in daily tasks e.g. oversee inboxes, case management and other administrative tasks</li></ul> <ul><li>You are currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program, preferably in Business Administration, Human Resources, Economics, or a related field</li><li>You have an analytical mindset and a strong interest in HR operations and process optimization</li><li>You are proactive and enjoy working in an international environment</li><li>You are fluent in English written and spoken, knowledge in German is a plus</li><li>You know Office365 - PowerPoint, Word, Teams and good Excel skills, including working with pivot tables, index match and advanced formulas</li><li>Basic HTML knowledge is a plus, as our internal tool interfaces use HTML-based templates</li></ul> <p></p> With a fleet of 313 modern container ships and a total transport capacity of 2.5 million TEU, Hapag-Lloyd is one of the world’s leading liner shipping companies.
