The Contribution You’ll bring to this Role:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst Intern to join our team. The intern will assist in analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and supporting the implementation of data-driven strategies to enhance business operations. This internship will provide valuable hands-on experience in business analysis, data collection, process mapping, and collaboration with different departments to improve overall business performance.

What You’ll Do at Justrite:

• Assist in gathering and analyzing business requirements from stakeholders.
• Support the development of business process models, diagrams, and workflows.
• Collaborate with team members to analyze data and identify trends, challenges, and opportunities.
• Help prepare reports and presentations summarizing analysis and recommendations.
• Participate in meetings with stakeholders to understand business needs and objectives.
• Conduct market research to support data-driven decision-making.
• Assist with testing and implementation of business solutions.
• Deliver a comprehensive presentation to management and executives at the end of the summer.

What We’re Looking For:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
• Familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, or other analysis platforms) is a plus.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel to a JSG location for Intern Training Week
• 10 week commitment

Compensation:

The position offers a competitive hourly wage of $20.00/ hour.

Actual base salaries will vary and may be above or below the recommended pay range based on factors such as but not limited to location, relevant experience and performance.
