Summary
This job is responsible for training new and existing clean room assemblers to ensure high levels of quality and productivity.
Primary Responsibilities
- Initial training and professional instruction of new employees, according to the training plan
- Continuous training of employees across the entire product range of tube sets and documentation of professional instructions
- Ensuring, that required professional instructions and their documentation as well as qualification matrix are kept up to date
- Development and refinement of training standards for individual products and ensuring that they are implemented
- Conduction of performance assessments for new hires, employees and supporting trainers
- Qualification and monitoring of supporting trainers, regarding compliance with training standards
- Responsibility for training related assembly islands, i.e. for organization, planning, troubleshooting (supported by production line responsible)
General Tasks
- Maintain compliance with the quality, occupational safety and environmental regulations.
- Implement the instructions of the quality / environmental management representative and the occupational safety specialist.
Required Experience, Education, Skills, Training and Competencies
- Excellent practical experience in assembly of all tube set products
- High level of quality awareness
- Team player, respectful and appreciative interaction with colleagues

- Structured, systematic, and reliable working style
- Patience and endurance
- Basic IT skills
- Prepared to work in 3-shift-model
