Summary

This job is responsible for training new and existing clean room assemblers to ensure high levels of quality and productivity.

Primary Responsibilities

• Initial training and professional instruction of new employees, according to the training plan
• Continuous training of employees across the entire product range of tube sets and documentation of professional instructions
• Ensuring, that required professional instructions and their documentation as well as qualification matrix are kept up to date
• Development and refinement of training standards for individual  products and ensuring that they are implemented
• Conduction of performance assessments for new hires, employees and supporting trainers
• Qualification and monitoring of supporting trainers, regarding compliance with training standards 
• Responsibility for training related assembly islands, i.e. for organization, planning, troubleshooting (supported by production line responsible)

General Tasks

• Maintain compliance with the quality, occupational safety and environmental regulations.
• Implement the instructions of the quality / environmental management representative and the occupational safety specialist.

• Excellent practical experience in assembly of all tube set products
• High level of quality awareness
