We are currently on a journey transforming how we support our Global Regulatory Affairs (GRA) organization, and we are looking for passionate professionals to grow with us in this exciting phase.

The Sanofi R&D Hub in Budapest is seeking a Records Management and User Support Specialist to drive the day-to-day execution of Global Regulatory Affairs (GRA) Central Operational Services and User Support & Records procedures.

You will be responsible for a variety of important activities which drive the day-to-day strategy and execution of key regulatory processes. You will be collaborating with teams in Global Regulatory Affairs (GRA), with the central User Support Team to resolve important questions and activities related to use of our Regulatory systems, Records and the related processes.

Main responsibilities:

  • Executing and improving various GRA User Support & Records procedures including Regulatory System / Data / Records support for Users
  • Facilitate the storage and retrieval of GRA’s electronic records, including responding to end user requests from Sanofi’s enterprise archive or other applications, analysing end user requests to increase efficiency
  • Driving the creation and implementation of new GRA User Support & Records processes & procedures, including being involved with User Acceptance Testing, Job Aid creation and training creation
  • Retrieve documents for in/out-licensing and associated due diligence processes
  • Create and maintain User Support & Records Management-related Quality Documents
  • Support the creation and maintenance of the GRA Records Inventory, and the transfer of records and data to and from partner companies
  • Partner with other GRA functions for User Support and Records-related activities, collaborate with ITS on initiatives related to migration, archiving, and decommissioning of GRA applications

Additional responsibilities:

  • Driving the creation and use of measures and metrics for the applicable User Support & Records Management procedures
  • Identifying opportunities for improvement in regulatory information management (RIM) processes
  • Develop and maintain relationships with global User & Records Management representatives and teams across the Sanofi organization
  • Maintain a good understanding of the basics of the regulatory process in countries

About you

Experience:

  • 2+ years of relevant working experience, with track record in information management
  • Experience with process execution is preferred
  • Experience with internal or external customer support/service and/ or experience in the bio/pharmaceutical industry a plus

Knowledge, soft skills and competencies:

  • Established ability to problem solve user process and data issues, demonstrated critical thinking
  • Collaborative team player with orientation towards building and maintaining effective relationships, strong culture awareness
  • A combination of interpersonal skills, operational process understanding, technical acumen, and project coordination skills
  • Understanding of the relationship between systems and electronic databases.
  • Ability to work under pressure, adaptability to change, solve problems and willingness to learn to drive to meet short deadlines and shifting priorities
  • Ability to communicate effectively, verbally and written, across varying functions and levels of management
  • Demonstrated continuous improvement mindset, with entrepreneurial spirit, dedicated and persuasive “can-do” attitude

Technical skills:

  • Skilled in MS Office Suite
  • Experience with Veeva tools and or Veeva Vault/RIM is a plus

Education:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

Languages:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
