Triton Robotic Endoscopy will disrupt flexible endoscopy and set a new standard in outcomes for&nbsp;decades to come.</p> <p><strong>TITLE: Materials Specialist</strong></p> <p><strong>POSITION SUMMARY: </strong></p> <p>The Materials Specialist will focus on supporting the manufacturing team’s commercial preparation. This role will engage in cross-functional collaboration to manage materials in-house to ensure smooth rollout of manufacturing activities. The successful candidate will possess a passion for medical device operations/supply chain with a record of successful management of multiple products.</p> <p>The ideal candidate will act with passion and intensity in a medical device start-up that is fast paced and collaborative and will display the ability to perform to the requirements outlined below. For the right person, this position will be a tremendously exciting and career-defining opportunity, making core contributions to a genuinely new type of medical robotic platform.</p> <p><strong>ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Performs daily routine tasks: receives, stores, labeling, kitting, picks, packs, ships and/or distribute materials.</li> <li>Maintain MIN MAX and ROP for production material and manage to ensure no production part shortages.</li> <li>Prepares domestic and International for shipment.</li> <li>May assist with work orders, as needed.</li> <li>May assist with purchase orders, as needed</li> <li>Verifies goods received against documentation.</li> <li>Performs an initial quality check on incoming items.</li> <li>Prepare materials for production &amp; R&amp;D, including picking and staging components according to work orders.</li> <li>Manage BOM and inventory, performing regular cycle counts to ensure accurate part counts and inventory reconciliation.</li> <li>Collaborate with production teams to fulfill material transfer requests and support manufacturing schedules.</li> <li>Assist R&amp;D with Material Transfer Requests</li> <li>When needed, assist in the packaging and shipment of finished goods, as necessary.</li> <li>Manage incoming and outgoing material shipments for offsite storage.</li> <li>Main point of contact to monitor/track shipments, obtain missing shipment documentation or corrections, and resolve accounts payable issues.</li> <li>Support company goals and objectives, po
